JSTELLA // MUSICIAN

With a family history of bands, dj's, and music industry professionals, it's no surprise that music jumped out as a major influence in JStella's life. Starting with trumpet, then expanding into guitar, bass, piano, and a plethora of other instruments, he began building his musical repertoire, while at the same time honing his songwriting abilities. 



With his first release, The Dear Juliet Demos, JStella showed what was to come: catchy, melodic acoustic tracks with heartfelt lyrics that everyone can relate to.  The Dorm Room Sessions, JStella's second release, broke from his past work and saw a brief foray into the world of hip hop/rap.  After receiving some praise for his lyricism and creativity, it was decided that he would return back to his acoustic roots for his third release, Love Songs and Lullabies, which expanded his web presence significantly, garnering social media attention and radio plays on online radio stations and college stations. He is currently working on his first full length album, due to be released in 2014.



Not only a solo artist, JStella has played live shows and released EP's with his band The Morning After!! (formerly The 815), for which he is the lead singer and guitarist. They are currently working on their next EP.
